Dandelion

Dandelion,

growing out of a crack

reaching for sky

until it’s poisoned back

all the way to the root

its complete length

it will regroup

and muster it’s strength.

Little freedoms

that we get

if only we

could somehow let

the dandelion grow.

Imagine the flourish

ourselves to nourish

imagine

what we might know.
