What should I use to color with?

The ColorMe posters are printed on 80 lb paper which is slightly thicker than regular home printer paper. People mostly use marker and colored pencil but have sent me pictures of them painted with watercolor, acrylic, gouache and tempera. Even crayon and pastel, so pick your favorite option and go wild.

Short answer: Marker, colored pencil, crayon, watercolor and/or acrylic paint

Are these ColorMe posters and coloring books just for kids?

No way. My art is for everyone and all ages. From adults to kids, college students, working professionals, baby boomers and beyond. They are great tools for schools and homeschool families, therapists and their clients, too. Fine motor skills do help, they can be used by any and all who want to color.

May I make copies?

The ColorMe Posters are copyrighted to Maria Startari-Stegall so you must request permission to reproduce them or buy more copies in my online store. However, you can also buy my Print-at-Home Posters by purchasing a PDF download and printing all prints on your home printer!

Who designed the artwork? Is it original?

All artwork and poetry is originally created by Maria Startari-Stegall. Learn more about me and my work on my About page.

Are wholesale deals available?

Yes. Let me know youโ€™re interested by filling out the form on my Contact page.

How does shipping work? Can I pick them up in Boone?

Shipping:
I use a Shipping Tube for all ColorMe Posters. Posters are rolled and placed inside a plastic sleeve and then put in a cardboard tube for added protection. For my Coloring Books, I flat pack those with a cardboard piece to reinforce the package and keep the books protected during shipping.

Local Pickup Option:

Yes, local pickup is available. I have a booth at the Boone Farmers Market from April through December at the Horn in the West parking lot. Come visit my booth, pick up your goods, and shop around the market!
