Late Bloomer

Who says you can’t start over at fifty? Who says you can’t create just as nifty; as those who trend and those who friend and those who aren’t so thrifty?

The sun’s been around much longer than me. Rises each morning, for all to see. Why should I let the 50’s interrupt me? From believing and conceiving and achieving who I’ll be?

So what if I haven’t made the time or place or room. No need for age to mean doom and gloom. I’ll take up my pen and brush and broom. It’s truly never too late for this bud to bloom.
