Prenile
This week’s wordcoin is easy to figure out. If you can’t, maybe the word pertains to you. Prenile (pronounced PREE-nile)
I tell a joke, but forget the punchline. I search frantically for my keys in the conference room. Only when I give up, sitting down in the car to call the locksmith, do I see them in the ignition. I write the address of the house I grew up in with the numbers transposed. I call my husband the dog’s name.
I’m too young to have dementia. I must be prenile.
